This annual initiative measures the level of satisfaction of airlines and Airbus against tier one suppliers in customer support. The latest ranking, which measured performance for 2011, was released in April 2012. Thales confirmed its position within the Gold awarded Suppliers, being ranked among the Top 10 Suppliers for at least 5 consecutive years.

He adds “one of the main outcomes in the Airbus ranking of 2011 is that Thales is now clearly recognized by the customers as the benchmark in technical support “
Morover, Thales concurred in the BFE Cabin Supplier ranking where Thales IFE was ranked in a7th position out of 23 slots( in 2010, Thales ranked 13). Drivers for improvements where in the domains of product and service: faster repair time, more efficient technical assistance, and improved spares delivery performance.
