5 minutes with... Coralie Mouniau

Hi Coralie! Can you tell us a bit about yourself? 

I started my career with my Engineering School internship in the UAE in an Oil & Gas company. I thereafter decided to stay in the country which offers a unique blend of diverse cultural experiences but also wide opportunities in a vibrant city. I joined Thales in Dubai in 2016 as a Project Manager for the development of a pioneering Smart City Control Center. There, I discovered my passion for collaboration and teamwork, leading me to transition into project management.

Mindful of filling all blanks in my agenda, I am also passionate about long-distance triathlon, outdoor sports and my creativity finds expression on stage with the theater! Unsure if we only live once, I thrive on continuously learning and taking on new experiences

Can you tell us what your job is about and your daily work life?

I am currently engaged in a program to deliver the ATC solution TopSky to the Dubai ANSP. My role revolves around facilitating success by fostering collaboration and communication among all stakeholders. I strive to keep everyone engaged, tackling challenges as a cohesive team. My goal is to create an environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute their best and unlock their potential. Ultimately, my objective is to ensure profitability and deliver a high-quality solutions that leave our customer satisfied. We are pleased to see that our client is enthusiastic and eager to transition to their new Thales solution.

My daily work is about keeping a bridge widely opened between the all project team.. As a project team, we orchestrate the play with colorful charts, turning wild ideas into organized action plans (as much as we can).
