Artist view of Huygens probe's descent on Titan. After separation from Cassini, Huygens continued its voyage to enter Titan's orange-tinged atmosphere and dropped below its dense cloudbank. Cassini-Huygens is a joint NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) /ESA (European Space Agency) and ASI (Agenzia Spaziale Italiana) robotic exploration mission to study the Saturn system and its moons, in particular Titan. Cassini-Huygens spacecraft consists of two main elements : Cassini orbiter and Huygens probe.
