Thales contributes to safety leaflet about advantages of simulators in helicopter flight training

The main mission of this working group is to realise and distribute brochures aimed at helicopter pilots of all flying schools and other organisations in relation to pilot training and qualification. The main objective is to give advice and to serve as a guide for both pilots and instructors. This latest publication is focused on the multiple advantages related to pilots training on simulators. It draws up a picture of the whole range of simulators available on the market place as well as highlighting recent technological headway that has further increased in-flight safety.
